If a FISA judge was in on it, and FISA judges are appointed by the SCOTUS Chief Justice (yeah, THAT guy...Mister “let’s call the Obamacare penalty a tax”), is Roberts potentially implicated/compromised? Will he go too?

CJ Roberts is too far removed from FISA action to be implicated as a conspirator when the FISA court goes rogue.

He, like all the other weasels in DC, will defend the institution even in the face of overwhelming evidence of corruption. This "self policing" thing is a farce.
