I like the 30 days at 28 minutes after the hour best. I don’t think that the intention is really to drive suicide but that some would prefer it to receiving a conviction of treason (capital offense), life in prison, or exposing their families to ....everything. Some may want to escape the retribution of their fellow Satanists seeking to staunch testimony etc.
When we hear of arrests - we seldom hear down to the minute when the arrests were made, nor down to the second. YMMV(Your mileage may vary)
