And his exit of the ship the next day by snagging a hleo ride with a reporter friend (to which he never returned, missing the memorial for his shipmates and fellow pilots? That's my beef with the Forrestal incident. I spent yesterday getting school on fire teams and wet starts (the first all got killed, he didn't do a wet start, and even if he did, by his position on the deck, it would have blown over the sea).
I will be gentle and just say that over and over, John McCain proved what a dishonorable man he was.
