My biggest fear is a Trump impeachment. It would give every cable news channel around the clock programming, and record revenues from advertising.
Trump is enough of a street fighter that he'd never be convicted in the Senate, but daily hearings, followed by "analysis" by "experts" will fill the airwaves.
OTOH, I have noticed that Democrat leaders are starting to tap the breaks, even after Cohen flipped on Trump. Their internal polling must be telling them to tread very carefully.
Well, we are way off topic here, but, you make a good observation, and I'm not inclined to post a vanity that would most likely get "buried" here quickly. So, I'll try to not be too verbose:
Mark Levin's style often drives me to turn him off, but he made a good point tonight that prosecutorial avenues are being opened up against Trump that could not only cripple any (or perhaps every) POTUS in the future, every Republican prosecutor in the country can use these avenues to go after Democrats in most any position. (And of course Democrats can target more Pubs, too.) IMO, this leads rapidly to a chaotic 3rd world-ish situation somewhat reminiscent of, say, Ukraine (less the Russian angle) the last couple decades, with weak governments subject to populist coups, reprisals, and unending strife, and with the military's loyalty always in question -- wait a minute! Such lack of control would have to be the Deep State's "we-are-born-to-rule" worst nightmare. Such cycles are very hard to break, and far worse than a President Trump, who they see as a temporary (if unpleasant-to-them) aberration.
