He makes a good point. Sessions had to pretty much promise to recuse before they would confirm him. Trump knew this. So they knew they would have to put their DAG in charge of the investigation. They PICKED Rosenstein. Again, our VSG isn’t stupid. He knew who Rosie was. He knew who Lisa Barsoomian was, how could he not? They vette these people, right?

This is the most disturbing part of the whole mess. Sessions didn't do this stuff without Trump's knowledge. Trump knew RR would end up in charge of Mueller and these guys all know who's married to whom. So complaining about it after the fact is a little disconcerting.
