Cohen's April real estate deal was with developers that were friends of POTUS Howard Lorber and Steve Witkoff, and was in the works since November 2017.

The property developers financed it. And a tax loop hole allowed Cohen to avoid immediate taxes on his sale of a Trump Tower condo. (Very typical, nothing shady at all).

Howard Lorber served as Trumps top economic advisor in the 2016 campaign. His Wife (follow the wives) Thea Hallman is elusive, I can't seem to find much about her. But will keep looking.

I admit I have not looked for Steve Witcoff yet, I became interested in his wife because of the elusive Thea Hallman , but Lauren Witcoff sits on the directors board of multiple charitable organizations, including “City of Hope”, the ASPCA and the Humane Society.
