The numbers quoted in that article are so large as to be utterly meaningless. Hence, the likely purpose of the article is disinformation meant to set up Q followers for ridicule.
Nevertheless, the folks researching that are not idiots either. I'm sure they considered that possibility.
It did remind me of a rumor some years ago that the oligarchy was going to wipe out all debt and give every citizen $10,000. Predictably, after they killed off 95% of us and after the citizens agreed to the Mark of The Beast.

Hubby was Army intel. Another relative worked at S-4. LOTS of things are not as they seem. Many are beyond preposterous, yet true.
I don't know that we serfs and slaves can tell without major proven revelations or God's disclosure etc.
To me, what would the purpose of that much money be? I don't know if it could make every 7 billion global citizen a millionaire--but if so--then what? A cup of coffee becomes $200?
It IS beyond surreal. That MAY not mean it's false.
