Back in the day, we used to dip our hands in denatured alcohol and light it on fire. The vapor barrier from the highly volatile methanol protects your skin. For a time. Long enough to dunk your hand in water and put the fire out.

I see over and over that the present generation of kids (and the previous generation) lack any sense of discretion or understanding of consequences. Idiocy promoted on social media is a contributing factor to this lack of discretion.
