Vancouver and Toronto only if you can afford it. Real estate is outrageously expensive in both of those cities.
RE: Vancouver and Toronto only if you can afford it. Real estate is outrageously expensive in both of those cities.
Well, the same goes for most of the cities on the list.
Real Estate in Melbourne and Sydney are outrageously unaffordable.
AS for the USA, see here:
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/08/17/global-liveability-index-2018-most-liveable-cities-in-america.html
Only 10 U.S. cities made the top 50 list (out of 140 global cities surveyed by the Economist).
The top 10 most liveable cities in America and their rank on the index are:
1. Honolulu, Hawaii (ranked No. 23)
2. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (ranked No. 32)
3. Washington D.C. (ranked No. 37)
4. Minneapolis, Minnesota (ranked No. 39)
5. Boston, Massachusetts (ranked No. 42)
6. Chicago, Illinois (ranked No. 44- tie)
7. Miami, Florida (ranked No. 44- tie)
8. Seattle, Washington (ranked No. 46)
9. San Francisco, California (ranked No. 49)
10. Atlanta, Georgia (ranked No. 50)
Toronto in the winter? No thank you. Vancouver, yes, but just barely.
Vancouver is a beautiful city only its infested with LIEberals. San Francisco was once a jewel but you know the rest of the story.
except for the possible exception of Calgary, none of these top 10 cities are affordable for an ordinary person to buy a house.
It’s like making a list of the world’s top 10 hotels, when most people can’t afford them.
I have visited many of these cities. I don’t want to live in any of them.
Why is Vancouver on the list? It’s the heroin OD capital of the Great North!
