How do you obstruct justice involving an investigation based upon fraudulent opposition research and intended to overthrow a president???

Let’s not forget that Trump fired Comey at the behest of Rosenstein and Sessions, who both wrote memos recommending that he do so. Subsequently, this weasel Rosenstein appoints Mueller to investigate Trump for doing what HE recommended that he do. The Comey dismissal also validated by the IG Report!!!

I don’t think that Franz Kafka could come up with a scenario more bizarre then this Mueller madness!!!!

The process needs to be protected, and in general, that's legitimate.

IOW, there need not be some underlying crime in order for a person to "obstruct justice."

That said, it is ab abuse of power to investigate without probable cause, but the threshold for "abuse" is set high, making abuse inevitable, and I would say "the norm."

Mueller is elevating the process over substance, and indeed over the overarching principle of the law, to do public good by playing an honest role in seeking justice.
