"Pindar" means nothing in terms of modern power, unless Soros is a delusional follower of the ancient Satanic religion. I do not read him that way.
Likewise, there is little at the link you provided to suggest the Pinay Circle has the worldly power to be calling shots in this historic confrontation. It seems more like a bunch of old men sitting around in a room and smelling each other's farts.
P could be P2 (Propaganda Due), assuming it didn’t get fully taken down in the 80’s. It was a black Masonic lodge in Italy that was very similar to/on the road to being the “deep state” or cabal of Italy.
