It sounds like they got there BEFORE SR did.
Im seeing 4:43 for DB & MB arrival, 4:48 for SR arrival.
So if I assume the most optimistic scenario that MB took 20 minutes to get to the hospital, she would have left her house at 4:23. Thats only 4 minutes after SR was shot and 10 minutes BEFORE the first EMTs arrived on scene. She would have left her house BEFORE anyone even knew whod been shot.
Also I seriously doubt that the first thing the EMTs did was ID the victim and call the mayor.
If someone had called from the accident scene, the earliest possible arrival of the mayor (using my 20 minute super fast estimate) would have been about 4:53. She beat that by 10 minutes.
If someone had called from the hospital, the earliest possible arrival would have been about 5:08. She beat that by 25 minutes.
And the questions remain: WHO would have called her? WHY? Has she ever rushed to the hospital for anyone else? Any other gunshot victim? When was the last time she was at the hospital? For what reason? What does she claim that she was doing there that night?”
Good questions.
I would add
How old was Seth? He graduated college in 2011, and if he was 22 when he graduated, he would have been 27 in 2016 when he died.
Would he then have listed his parents as who to call in case of emergencey?
Is that hospital the closest one to where Seth was shot?
The mayor of a large city is bound to have a police scanner. Reckon she knew that the “failed robbery” was going to happen. She listened to the scanner, then when the call went out, she and her moose-like friend high-tailed it to the Hospital.
