Tragically this feral loser isn’t dead.
He will be, in cases like this hospital look towards organ donation. It may sound harsh, but as a former EMS worker I’ve seen it many times. They will keep him on life support until the arrangements are made. Maybe some good will be done with an otherwise wasted life.
