About 10 years ago, the NSA would have had an instant and permanent record of the two dialing phone numbers.

Then, many Libertarians and Conservatives decided that was an unconstitutional breach of privacy, and Bush ended the surveillance program in 2007.

You say that like it's a bad thing. The phone company knows the numbers, get a warrant.

If true, great.

However, almost every week, I read about someone receiving death threats.

But, I almost never read about someone being prosecuted for making death threats.

Obvious Conclusion...

Phones and emails are untraceable unless there is a FISA warrant.
