I'd say this makes it a good time of year to visit Disney World/Disneyland. I saw plenty of Muslims at Disneyland a few weeks ago, and it wasn't as crowded as I feared it would be.
There were a few rides that had waits in excess of an hour, but that could be managed through the Fast Pass.
Combine this with schools back in session (our ISD started the new school year yesterday), crowds should be smaller than what they've been.

Took my kids to Disney world when they were very young.
Never again.
Btw they got rid of the song of the south at splash mountain iirc.
