Not strictly limited to politics, Snopes.com is a website that supposedly attempts to debunk and invalidate urban legends, Internet rumors and other stories of uncertain origin. Today, they are the voice of the statist globalist oligarchy.
Of course, others mostly rich country-club Democrats, think otherwise. They point out the mission statement at the website. It is officially an independent entity privately owned by its operators. Not for profit?
The owners, Barbara and David Mikkelson, have both publicly stated that they receive no funding in any form. Curious. Most curious. This is really, really interesting. You know, it sure is curious that someone who has no income, no funding, and no sources of income can live in an upscale mansion. Not only that, but do so in one of the most expensive sections of California, travel the world extensively, and drive around in some very, very expensive cars
Ah, but thats ok. You know.
Whether you are hob-nobbling with Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein, Race baiter (the Reverend) Jessie Jackson, or international arch villain George Soros, we all know that you are never influenced by their money. (Wink, wink.)
Full of Lies and Half-truths
This group has been caught in more than a few outright lies, disinformation and distortions of truthful and actual events. This is true whether it is a study on whether Donald Trump sits on a solid gold toilet when he takes a dump, or how the Palestinians funded their network of attack-tunnels.
As far as UFOs and other extraordinary events are concerned, they are firstly, a mouthpiece of the status quo. Do not expect them to understand quantum physics, chemistry or anything too cerebral. Their interest lies in the dissemination of popular trite responses to extraordinary events. They do in a way that finds its greatest appeal

No.
The story is somewhat out of date.
But the answer is still “NO”.
Their interest also lies in getting rich and enjoying a celebrity lifestyle. It was recently reported that the husband (David Mikkelson) went on an extended honeymoon in Asia with his new, ex-porn-star wife, blowing cash by the boatload. Meanwhile, his estranged wife revealed the couple has $1.5 million in their joint checking account:
Who knew fact checking could be so profitable? Mikkelson has been accused of embezzlement, but at last report, he was still one of the principals at Snopes. And of course, the tech firms haven’t severed their ties with Snopes, which remains a primary fact-checking service.

Geez, when I first heard of cement being poured into a convertible by a jealous husband, the car would have been a 1956 T-Bird.
;^)
If you hear that Trump did something good and see facts to back it up, you can trust snopes to tell you why you should ignore the facts.
They could charge people for relieving symptoms of TDS. TDS even has a medical name “Trump Anxiety Disorder” so psycho-therapists may be prescribing daily reading of snopes to calm patient when they are exposed to news that is good for the country.
That to me is a sure sign that it is NOT true.
Owned and run by Leftists and it's "fair and balanced"?
Just another liberal-backed group attempting to control the narrative in the country.
"Hey, if we say it's true, well, then it is!" /s/
No. They are liberals that leave out facts to support their liberal propaganda.
I’ll tell you what, if snopes.com is such a valid reference then just try using them in a college paper sometime.
Has any of this slander been verified by snopes?
Don’t blame the cat. It was just there for the Meow Mix.
Sadly it cannot be.
It was founded by Bay Area Lefties. Initially they seemed to try and do a decent job, but at the end of the day their Liberal biases started getting the best of them.
Then they felt pressure from folks like The Clinton Foundation to slant the truth even further. Now they have gotten divorced, and the entire enterprise is engulfed in a gigantic legal mess.
ROFLMAO- Im so stealing that one, Thank You!

Rule of Three:
I gave Politically Incorrect three chances to be politically incorrect.
I gave Snopes three chances to be impartially and completely factual.
I never went back to either one.
He definitely traded up regardless
