The man who got beat got in the officers face, and put his hand on him. Screamed into his faced from maybe 8 inches away.That was threatening behavior.
Deserving of a beating and a trip to the hospital? The guy also wasn't charged with anything.

The perp struck the officer before the beatdown began. Baltimore is utterly violent, lawless, and corrupt. This whole story is just more leftist cultural suicide.
