The article at your link does sound desperate. They’ve counted the number of exhibits in the trial and compared them to the total number of exhibits in the next trial? I don’t think I’ve ever read that particular spin before.
They also say that there is little overlap in the evidence between the first trial and the next - ermmm....how do they know? PANIC
