The reason I’m more inclined to think Oslo is because that was what was relevant then, in context with “Q” questions i.e. what Snowden was doing + planning at the time; Ecuador necessity later (IMO) ... the real revelation to me from that post today is that Russia was NOT his intended destination, it was a front - again suggesting that when he was at no such agency he was acting as an agent of the company. Still all very murky, as it’s supposed to be ;)
