Is the speed in KPH or MPH?

I am sure it is KP/H. That would put the last straight speed at about 228 MPH at the max. This is a downforce track to keep speed through the curves so surely that limited the top speed. Some of the cars that used to run at Le Mans would opt for low downforce to maximize speed on the long Mulsanne straight. Some could hit 270 MPH on the straight.
