Been saying that since day 1....I have a 100% accuracy rate predicting mental instability by the “crazy eyes” test.
Ask my wife...she never believed me but after calling it in 3 consecutive female friends of hers (one of which I had a whole 4 second iteraction with before calling it)....she is a believer now
Crazy eyes is usually a sign of overactive thyroid disease... which does cause “crazy” symptoms. The eyes can bulge out as a direct result of the syndrome. Moodiness can occur and so forth. I know personally. It’s not exactly the coolest way to label someone. Someone may have those “crazy” eyes, but just be trying to get through a bad disease.
Cowboys who see a horse or cow that isn’t any good say it has “a bad eye”. Cowboys know a bad eye when they see one. This crazy -itch has a bad eye.
