It’s easy to get that feeling when watching old movies and TV shows, that they represent a time and place far removed from where we are today.
Now that I think about it, most things were different. Some that were the same or similar were the cars, the clothes, hairstyles, and music tho I had never heard of Wolfman Jack.
We did have a hamburger joint where all the kids would hang out. You could eat inside but mostly we all just hung around outside. If you wanted service you just flashed your lights and a car hop would come out.
