19 states now have laws in place prohibiting or restricting local jurisdictions from regulating or banning dogs by breed.

This is horrible. It's no business of the state to stick its nose into local matters.

The State is the people...obviously the citizens in that area have a right to zoning laws. I don’t want my neighbor to raise pigs.
