There are used tires stores out there, in fact I saw one in Front Royal not 2 weeks ago, I think it was called Ron’s Used Tires, and they sell pro rated tires but I don’t know where they are sourcing them from. But there is a market for it.

I’m guessing that you still can buy used tires. 30 years ago that is what I used to do. I recall one time getting a real nice set of tires off of a Caddy that fit my truck!
