You should be able to get around this pretty easily. I don't know what kind it is, but the bootloader screen can be brought up by holding down the buttons for 5-10 seconds on most android phones. That will let you reset the phone. This is a hard reset and you lose all your information. Without giving this a lot of thought, that's what I'd do.

I typed it, but it disappeard? On my phone (Google Nexus) hold down the buttons for 5-10 seconds. This allows you to hard reset - deleting everything but the phone's o/s.
