Many people are perplexed about the severity of Saudi Arabias response after Justin from Canada and Foreign Minister Crystina Freeland began denouncing KSAs action in jailing a Saudi national, Samar Badawi (pictured below with Obama and Clinton), likely a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, for action against the government. It certainly appears there is a bigger backstory here than generally visible.
Saudi Arabia said on Sunday that it is ordering Canadas ambassador to leave the country and freezing all new trade and investment transactions with Canada. We consider the Canadian ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia persona non grata and order him to leave within the next 24 hours, Saudi Arabias Foreign Ministry said on Twitter.
Perhaps
just perhaps, this action is connected to a larger issue of Canadas severe leftist ideology, their support for the Muslim Brotherhood, and their relationship to the Five Eyes Intelligence network.

Saudi Arabia to relocate students from Canada
RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has suspended scholarships to Canada and will relocate students already there, state media said Monday (Aug 6), after the kingdom abruptly cut ties with Ottawa over criticism of its jailing of rights activists.
Riyadh, which suspended diplomatic relations with Canada on Monday, will stop training, scholarship and fellowship programs there, state-run Al-Ekhbariya television reported.

More than 8,000 students from Saudi Arabia are enrolled in programmes in Canada, according to figures released by the official Saudi Press Agency in 2017.
These students, many of them studying medicine, are accompanied by more than 6,400 dependents.

These numbers, in and of themselves are surprising. My bet is that ours are ten X!
They’re calling Trudeau a pussy.
Saudi Arabia is the greatest exporter of terrorism in the world.. they were behind 911 in this country. They support Isis!!screw them!!
Probably far more that even that. GWB basically opened the floodgates for student Visas from Islamo-sicky countries - not long after 911.
But at least "he kept us safe."
When he Saudis eject terrorists that Canada embrace, we must worry
Nope. England and Canada are the biggest manufacturers or terror. Most of the mosques built there are simply doing so because back in Saudi Arabia and other muslim nations they are considered too radical and dangerous to be allowed

Iran is by far the worlds biggest state sponsor of terrorism. The Iranians have tried to take down the Saudi Royal family for decades. The Saudis are the archenemy of Iran. The Saudis have been working with Israel to combat the Iranian threat to the region.
There are thousands of Americans working in the Kingdom. The Saudis purchase large quantities of US weapons, aircraft, and equipment. The Saudis dont support ISIS or AQ.
Agreed.
Maybe we can get Saudi Arabia to jail the other two terrorists in the photo too.
