Is there a reliable source setting out
[1] the names of the equity owners of the backbone of the internet and,
[2]the names of the corporate entities who control access to the internet, but who are not equity owners.
It is called the world wide web consortium...or w3c for short...those companies control it all and conspire against all of us for better or for worse.
