Police say the kitchen staff did not recognize the person, described by NYPD as a 54-year-old man who did not work at the restaurant; the man also wasn't a former employee. Sarabeth’s staff told police they did not know how the man got into the freezer.

Well now,health code inspectors say placing raw meat above cooked foods is a definite no-no. More importantly, placing raw meat IN cooked foods is beyond a no-no. He HAD TO DIE.
