Will the fully released FISA thing include criminally incriminating facts? I think for some. Those involved directly in the actual FISA warrant most likely. And if not immediate criminal charges, the FISA will set the "foundation" and the "start" of those things, up to and including Obama himself and some foriegn entities (UK) and the traitor McCain.
At least that's what I gather from Q, anyway. But I'm often wrong.
