I think alcohol should be banned. No one needs alcohol.

There is no good reason not to ban alcohol.
The relatively few cases of individuals not having a problem with drinking
does not make up for the 10s of 1000s of lost lives due to the availability of Alcohol.
Balance that would show concern for and alert people to the danger of attacks from all types/breeds of dogs and would recommend ways to avoid all attacks.
You do care about people attacked by all types/breeds of dogs, correct?
