Did you know that the tomato is a fruit? It actually is, you know. It certainly does not taste like one today. Fruit: In botany, a fruit is the seed-bearing structure in flowering plants formed from the ovary after flowering.
Nothing about sweetness in there. A zucchini is a fruit too.
