I’m not ‘worried’, but we want to contain all the outliers.
We got big berms for backstops.
And we emphasize that the shooter is responsible for his bullet.
That’s my point. If people started shooting at the Mandalay where they think the shooter was; who’s to say where those bullets might go. Even ricochets could be deadly to people down on the ground. A bullet slowed down to just 200 mph is still a deadly projectile.
At the range you have a controlled and safe situation.
