It’ll be anti-climactic in TN. We used to call him Pharaoh Phil here in Nashville during his time as Mayor, now he’s known as Phantom Phil for being AWOL during his campaign in the last few months. He needs to be settling into a real retirement home, not the Senate (which the Dems and RINOs think IS a retirement home).
