good info from one who knows the DS..
I’m remembering that one of earlier “agreements” between RR and the House resulted in select reps getting access to documents but the initial “invitation” for review or qualification for access excluded DEMs who of course complained. As I recall it was right around that time that the Senate released the chain of Mark Warner text messages.
