Well it's pretty obvious Q, (be it one or many operating at the top,) excels at creating his following and the know how to keep it going. Especially since he has recruited ,and manages in subordinate roles, the rank and file to sustain and grow his own following....(remarkable though they don't know who he is)....As has been said..." a leader without followers is simply a man taking a walk. I would call 'Q' a laissez-faire leader as he just puts things out there and lets the groups function without interference..just as long as the ball keeps rolling.

When it comes to his base of followers of course we know that the extent to which an individual is an active or passive and is a critical, independent thinker or a dependent, uncritical thinker ...determines whether the person will be an alienated follower, a passive follower, a conformist, a pragmatic survivor, or an effective follower.

Bottom line it is a 'fellowship' of followers following a leader. Even if they have to guess who is leading them.
