Q indicates that the NYPD did view contents of the laptop and two officers were [187] as a result. The speech Q refers to in the first drop below was Trump honoring NYPD officer Familia Moisa. Naturally the NYPD shut down all information to protect the survivors. So, what remains is secondary sources like The Hagman Report and his interview with Kevin Shipp. Here's Q's take on the NYPD's involvement with the laptop.

we can go round and round on NYPD\Weiner laptop, but I will respectfully continue to disagree until there is some there there.

That article from the theepochtimes is bogus when it comes to the NYPD. BTW...Judge Ellis is a Senior district judge, not a magistrate judge. I'm guessing magistrate was used because theepochtimes is an outfit run by the chinese.

These three drops don't say what you say Q says.

#1371 Q is asking questions and admits what he heard about, like all of us, with no certain knowledge there.

#1552 is about the IG investigation. Read the report. There is no mention of NYPD in it.

Familia: (#1376) Officer Miosotis Familia was a 48 year old New York Police Officer killed by single gun shot to the head through a closed window while sitting in an R.V.-style police command vehicle on July 5, 2017.
Posthumously promoted to Detective, she was allegedly killed by a mentally ill, police hating Alexander Bonds, who had stated on Facebook he would not back down in any encounter with police on the streets.
Bonds himself was killed when he pointed his .38 special revolver at two police officers who had chased him down.
Familia is possibly one of the two Detectives killed [187] mentioned by Q in Drop #1387 along with Detective Shaniqua Osbourne. (See Shaniqua Osbourne).

#1387 must have been a renumber because it's not now what swordmaker said it was then. Maybe it's now 1371 or 1376 ?

Shaniqua Osbourne: (#371) Detective Shaniqua Osbourne, 44, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 of a massive heart attack while on duty. Detective Osbourne worked out of the 9th Precinct and collapsed around 7:30 am in front of a desk at work. She was transported to a local hospital where she later died. Detective Osbourne was a mother of two and the sister of an NYPD Sergeant and the daughter of a retired NYPD Sergeant. She was a 19-year veteran of the NYPD. where is the connection, real or implied, that these police officer's deaths are related to viewing Weiner's laptop ?

I saw the Greg Hunter interview with Shipp. Shipp's promoting the same insider info that Erik Prince is promoting regarding Lynch shutting down NYPD press conference and NYPD's further investigation of Weiner's laptop - almost word for word. Again, there's no there, there. I will look at the Hagmann interview.

When it comes to the NYPD and Weiner's laptop, I am a doubting Thomas.
