A blogger named “The Forensicator” analyzed the “last modified” times in one set of documents released by Guccifer 2.0. Based on the size of the documents and the times they were downloaded, Forensicator calculated that a hacker was able to copy the files at a speed of more than 20 megabytes per second.

In other words he plagerized the original work of Binney and VIPS.

No surprise here...most of Qanon's work is derivative.

I think you have it backwards. The VIPS /Binney memo, sent to the President, is at thisLINK.

Here is the key paragraph from that memo:

Key among the findings of the independent forensic investigations is the conclusion that the DNC data was copied onto a storage device at a speed that far exceeds an Internet capability for a remote hack. Of equal importance, the forensics show that the copying was performed on the East coast of the U.S. Thus far, mainstream media have ignored the findings of these independent studies [see here(1) and here(2)]

If you go links here(1) and here(2) you will find the firt is a blog that reports about work done by the Forensicator, and the second is the Forensicator's own website!

In other words, VIPS/Biney gave credit to the Forensicator as the "independent analyst" in their original report.

It's wrong to call him a plagiarist. He is the original source of the analysis, and deserves credit, not scorn.
