So she was a druggie.

Seems like they are drawn to the kitchen arts, meaning restaurants.

I worked in a restaurant during high school, and drugs were prevalent.

Knowing what I know about that sector, I’d never allow my daughters to do that.

They don’t ever need to know how to fold a bindle/seal for holding cocaine. It would sadden me if they did.

I’ve known a couple of former professional restaurant chefs...it’s a horribly stressful life. One of them started as an alcoholic on the railroad, and died as one after he retired from his second career as a chef. The other managed to avoid substance abuse (as far as I know), but finally burned out after about 10 years, and went back to school to pursue a new life. His stories about life on “the line” in a professional kitchen are both amazing and appalling.

Alcoholic actually....same ends but bigger asshole usually

I knew nothing about her or this show...had to google it

Best to be addicted to something slightly less lethal and problematic .....women in my case..lol
