Most red-blooded guys would certainly look at her.
But I wonder if the picture is really authentic because the ring on the commuter strap is devoid of advertising . . . maybe even the strap as well, though not enough of it is showing to tell for certain.
Even the automatic bus station annoucements have a little paid avertising in them. For example "Matsudo Yon-Chome, Takashimaya Mae"
(Matsudo 4th Street before the Takashimaya department store)
