It’s patently obvious that Karl knows of no real Americans, has never sat down in small town American diners for ham and eggs, stood in line at Walmart, CVS, attended a county fair, featuring deep fried turkey legs, pickles, cheese and all, or watched a 4th of July fireworks show anywhere in a small community, miles and miles from any big city in U.S.A.!
