Why did those idiot cops let her stand there waiting to become a hostage rather than order her and everyone else to move a safe distance away??? In her case they could have easily told her to move towards them. Absolute incompetent fools.

1. Why didn’t the cop that had the video close the range? The perp had a knife, not a rifle. Close up, even a cop could’ve made a head shot.
2. Why 18 rounds? They wanted to make absolutely sure the hostage died?
