L-Lysine is a hit or miss. Most people take it for your normal cold sore (herpes) outbreaks, but it has mixed results for different people. I’ve tried it and I really can’t tell the difference. But worth a try.
I haven’t had a cold sore for years, and (thank You, God!) never had shingles. My daughter now SWEARS by the L-Lysine.
