😂😂😂! I know I was leaving a wide open door for that! Fracking has made Parts of PA rich while the Twilight Zone (So Tier of NY) economically devastated. The thickest, richest part of the Marcellus Shale is under Binghamton but Prince Andrew in his dictatorial style said NO. Because I wanna Be PRESIDENT!!
