If any civil disorder or attacks on police results, any "news organization" or "journalist" who had that video and said only "Appeared to be a gun" should be criminally charged with incitement and civilly sued for damages by victims.

It doesn't matter whether real or toy it was unquestionably a gun and even though real gun or a toy can't be determined by the video - neither could that be determined by the cop whose life hung in the balance.
