It was the best of times, it was the worst of times….at least in the eyes of the media and Feminists.
The parallels between Sarah Palin and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez are striking. Both are attractive, spirited women who came from humble, working class families. Both launched political careers when they were in their late 20’s. And both were instantly thrust into the national spotlight. But while the media and Feminists have showered Ocasio Cortez with love letters, bouquets of flowers, and boxes of chocolates, they showered Palin with rocks, bottles, and Molotov cocktails. One would have to be quite naïve to not think that the fact that both of these women have pleasing physical appearances, while being on opposite ends of the political spectrum, is not the reason that the media and Feminists have treated them to a complete double standard.
Remember those interviews that Governor Palin did with Charles Gibson and Katie Couric? Remember when she was asked to define the “Bush doctrine”, and was quizzed about what kind of publications she had lying around her house? At the time, we were told that those questions were fair game, since a young, first term Governor from a sparsely populated State might wind up being “a heartbeat away from the Presidency”. Katie Couric was even hailed for “saving the country” by making Palin stammer.
Yet while Ocasio Cortez can be forgiven for her lack of polish at this early stage of her political career, she is nonetheless being touted as a political superstar in the making. With that in mind, the many gaffes that she’s made during her short time in the spotlight are fair game as well. But you don’t hear anyone in the media mocking her as an airheaded Latina Barbie doll, do you?
Despite the fact that Barack Obama easily defeated John McCain, the media and the Feminists could not allow Palin to simply return to Alaska and resume her job as Governor. Liberals could not run the risk of a young, attractive, charismatic, strong willed, self made Conservative female politician becoming a role model for teenage girls. So she had to be destroyed. All of the sudden, powerful Liberal forces descended on Alaska in order to try bring political and financial ruin to Palin and her family. Does anyone honestly think they would have done this if Palin were a Plain Jane or an Ugly Betty?
For the past year and a half, Hillary Clinton has been nursing her wounds from the betrayal of all the women who didn’t vote for her. Especially the 53% of White women who voted for Trump. The way that Hillary and the Feminists describe them, one can easily picture this dreaded 53% as a bunch of Lee Remick lookalikes in black cocktail dresses, with cold, steely blue eyes, who toss their car keys at the country club valet and hiss “if I see one scratch on it, I’ll get you fired”.
Let’s hope that lots and lots of women from all different backgrounds are taking note of how the media and Feminists treat an attractive Liberal female politician, compared to how they treat an attractive Conservative female politician. It’s just one more piece of evidence that the “party of women” only welcomes women with Liberal views, while subjecting Conservative women to more misogyny than Harvey Weinstein in his bathrobe.
Moochelle Obama came in second in the John Conyers Look Alike Contest.
She would have won but her moustache was too big.
Well it can be fun though.

A pleasant looking woman may chat amiably with several men in the room and then Melania comes in. The same woman is now ordinary and overlooked.

Note that CNN has anthropomorphized “Fire” and made it the active agent, rather than stating that an evil, Palin-hating arsonist set the fire.
Virtually all of us woman would become invisible if Melania walked in.
