Yet in the CNN article, this : "The transaction never happened, Giuliani told CNN".

What I was relying on was a Davis quote for "The Hill" which I might be mis-reading: http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/399362-giuliani-we-warned-cohen-that-he-violated-attorney-client-privilege
