If you are working against the Government then you are by definition an Enemy Combatant

This is not a military conflict under which LOAC would apply, this is treason and sedition to topple the United States Government by individuals who in many cases are currently United States Citizens.

Unlawful Combatants.

Unlawful combatants are individuals who directly participate in hostilities without being authorized by governmental authority or under international law to do so. For example, bandits who rob and plunder and civilians who attack a downed airman are unlawful combatants. Unlawful combatants who engage in hostilities violate LOAC and become lawful targets. They may be killed or wounded and, if captured, may be tried as war criminals for their LOAC violations.

What we are talking about is a conspiracy of a global nature to bring down the Constitutional Government of the United States an subvert said document by whatever means necessary and integrate the citizens of these United States into a new entity not voted upon by the people (Citizens) of this country

If it comes to an armed conflict and people choose sides here then it pretty much comes under the same auspices of the Civil War and proper handling of armed and unarmed combatants.

Short of that we are working on Treason and Sedition to bring down the Government, and if you look through Q’s posts you will see more than once UCMJ is noted as the appropriate Code and A Military Judge Panel venue for such trials

Also look more deeply into the posts from Q, they are operating de facto as enemies of this country

From the link in xone’s post:

“...Unlawful Combatants.

Could Antifa thugs be considered bandits, due to the mayhem they commit?

Or if they attack a military person, be put in the unlawful combatant category on account of that action?

There -is- a continuing state of emergency, thus the LOAC applies.

Question is, can it apply to within these United States ?

How about a non-citizen using fraudulent identity as a US citizen?
