Law Enforcement either has no clue or they are covering for someone(s). The best way is to keep it out of the news. Otherwise people may call in tips, etc...
This is misleading. Turns out most of these are runaways, some run away more than once and are counted as missing more than once. There was an article about this at Fox News.
