OK, watching that video, I side with the employee.
The skank threw the milkshake at her, and then when she came out from behind the counter, the *customer* picked up a tray and SMACKED the employee in the face.
The attack was NOT unprovoked.

Yep. Miss Szechuan Hot Pants provoked the whole incident. But if upper management see this, the store manager is in hot water anyway.
