The photo was posted by “Q” at 1:16 PM EST

So Politico is now sourcing “Q” ;)

The picture has “POLITICO” written across it, so its origin appears to be Politico. Maybe Q swiped it before they made it public? If so, that would be a cool feat.

But it was their watermark on the pic. That means someone at Politico SHARED IT WITH Q (somehow) BEFORE Politico posted it.
